For this gathering, we will explore how mindfulness allows us to examine our indiividual and collective anger. What is our relationship to anger as it manifests in and through us and out in the world? How do we take care of our anger so it doesn't cause further suffering for ourselves and others? How do we transform the energy of anger to address oppression and marginalization?
