Join your Shaw neighbors for a free full-body strength & conditioning workout! Class will be taught by Kelly Wilson and Ryan Stitt of KICK Fitness Atlantic Plumbing, and will include bodyweight exercises, deck-of-cards drills, Tabata circuits, etc. Have fun, build strength, and improve cardiovascular endurance... all in a motivating outdoor environment!
