Come join us at the USDA Farmers Market at Night on the third Friday of every month (May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16) from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.! Each USDA Farmers Market at Night will feature a number of local growers, farmers and ranchers that are different than the day market participants offering cured meats, fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, cheese and dairy, and baked goods-all perfect for an evening picnic on the National Mall. In addition - changing based on each month's unique theme - come enjoy delicious food from members of Union Kitchen, a local food business incubator, and food trucks from the DMV Food Truck Association, live bands, and educational exhibits. Upcoming themes are D.C. Favorites (June 19), Hot and Cold (July 17), County Fair (August 21), Back to School (September 18) and Simply Soup (October 16).
Both markets are located across the street from the Smithsonian Metro (Orange, Blue, Silver) in a parking lot at the corner of Independence Ave and 12th Street, SW in Washington, DC.
