  Such a great club, especially Friday nights for 18-20 year Olds. Unfortunately capitalist America wins again and bought the land where town existed, and as of July 1, 2018, is officially closed.

  Go for Bear Happy Hour
  This is a fun place to go on Friday nights if you like a big, diverse crowd. The atmosphere is friendly, and there are plenty of different types of guys beyond the typical DC clone (not that there's anything wrong with clones). The kind of place where you be in an untucked flannel shirt and drink beer straight from a pitcher.

  Horrible parking and too many women having "Girls Night Out" NO THANK YOU. Patio is nice, but don't light up a cigar (even though they say you can), someone will ask you to put it out.

  good dance music rude management
  I went here on Friday night a little bit after 10 pm their website advertised 5 dollars before 11 pm but the red head woman who was in one of the ticket windows was very rude and blant she told me it was 20 dollars to get into the place because it was pride weekend i tried telling her nicely and she started yelling at me saying it was pride weekend!! but the music and crowd was great!! and met a lot of great guys! so that made my night!!!

  Capitol delight!
  Visited during Christmas season 2013. Went with three other friends and had a blast! Very friendly crowd. Great music videos downstairs from the past; and hunky, shirtless, circuit boys on the upstairs. Late into the night, the DJ put on a pair of wide, white wings and flashed all kinds of lights...great show!

  Worst Club Ever
  What a total let down. If you are expecting ANYTHING like Velvet Nation you are going to the wrong place. This place was overpriced and overrated! BearCrue was a letdown as well. Who wants to watch washed up drag queens. GO ELSEWHERE!

  Went here for Halloween and was highly disappointed. The 1st is the $8 cover, that is before 11pm. Then is goes up to $10-12. Domestic beers $5 and choices are very limited. Dance floor upstairs doesn't open until after drag show is complete at midnight. And the drag show is nothing more than overweight lip-synching no talent men. Save your time and money - go elsewhere.

  The bar tenders, security of this club are so non sense and racists and very stupid, they have to learn how to handle customers first, i'm sorry for wasting my energy and dollars in this place. Very nasty place not recommended to go!!!

  Holy cow
  Just moved to DC. Max from number nine suggested I check out Town and I walked over at 730pm on a friday night. I was shocked how many guys were there for happy hour, a sea of hot dudes. I could not stay and I dont want to walk that street late at night so I need to figure out how to get around on the subway I guess. Huge place and friendly people , I would say its a scruff bar but I was told it is a bear happy hour which I did not realize from the looks of things. Looked like in shape scruffy t shirt and jeans types of dudes. woof.

  Multi-Level bar / club. Very nice! Especially Bear Happy Hour!
  PROS:<br> 2 level bar / club.<br> Both levels are HUGE.<br> Usually a young crowd go to Town on most nights<br> Drag shows downstairs, dance club upstairs.<br> OMG!!! Bear Happy Hour in Friday's is AWESOME!!! 50% Bear 50% hot muscle fur! ( I like hot furry guys so I am bias ) Scruffy heaven!<br><br> CONS:<br> A little far from the metro station and parking can be a challenge. <br><br>
