Happy Hour Fridays
Just love this place for after work on Friday! Weekends are aptly packed with a plethora of lovelies and can't forget the dancers (Wed) too! Don't miss it.....
Middle aged grey hair set
Not my personal scene. This large 2 story facility has dancers and attracts perhaps the non-fashion conscience group of middled aged to older guys. Fairly laid back, pool tables, multiple rooms, this may well remind you of a place back home.
HOT! HOT! HOT!
Used to be "The Frat House", but only the name really changed. A well known and long lived DC bar. Many regulars, but newbies shouldn't be afraid of going. They love "fresh meat". Really not a bad place to stop at before going to Apex, just down the alley.
Good for some occasional fun...
Omega isn't the most hopping place in Dupont Circle, and the crowd isn't the youngest or cutest or best-dressed, but I enjoy an occasional visit. It's one of the few places in Dupont where you can actually play pool -- other places, like JR's, have a table, but it's all but impossible to actually play on it; not so at Omega, which has several tables. Upstairs at Omega, there's a room where you can stand around and watch adult videos, which I suppose might be fun for some people. Perhaps as a byproduct of this, Omega tends to be one of the cruisiest places in DC after midnight. The median age here is probably late 30s, with a large spread.
