Logan Tavern

In one long P Street block, stretching from 14th to 15th, has sprouted a whole new urban oasis, largely at the creation of gay pioneers who turned fixed up historic Logan townhouses, one by one. P Street, once a ruins of parking lots and empty warehouses, became the shopping and nightlife area, anchored by a Whole Foods. Logan Tavern is a key part of this block. Though the food is rather pedestrian, it is large, nicely decorated and boasts an excellent bar and outdoor patio.
