Lauriol Plaza

(31 Ratings)
Tasty Tex-Mex eats in a sophisticated, urban atmosphere.
Lauriol Plaza is a great spot for Mexican and margaritas. They've got a gorgeous rooftop patio. The restaurant also tends to do a lot of charity work where they donate a percentage of their earnings to organizations that help HIV and cancer patients and the Children National Hospital.

Better for Socializing

Lauriol Plaza has several good things about it. The building is gigantic, the drinks are good, and the service keeps up surprisingly well considering all the different floors and tables they have to navigate. The only problem you may have is if you are a real lover of traditional Mexican Food. this is not what you would get in a little mom and pop restaurant in Texas or California. What you do get however, is passably good food, in a place designed to allow you and a group of friends to have a fun evening out while being able to see a few hundred of your other friends doing the exact same thing.
