Scruffy Happy Hour

Sunday afternoons around 3 to 5 you can meet the gays from all over but mostly the Brookland, Eckington, Woodridge neighborhoods. Great cocktails at really good prices with quite a few small plates to choose from if you want to eat a little something. Really friendly staff, and it is gay owned too.
