The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection

(5 Ratings)
Across Lafayette Park from the White House
Often referred to as the "White House Hotel" due to its proximity and the view of the great American landmark. This elegant, old-school hotel is about as well situated as one could ask, walking distance from the Mall and the gay hoods of Dupont and Logan. Be careful you don't bump into an anti-gay politician who make frequent stops here and in the area to hob nob.

Great hotel

My partner and i stayed here and loved the service and the lovely room. You must make time for breakfast in the restaurant. The chef is amazing and the live piano was great. We come back every time we are in DC.
