The 24th Annual High Heel Race
OK everyone, the race is starting at 9 on the dot but the parade starts at 7. The Race will start at Cobalt and end at JR's. Mayor Fenty and Lena Lett will be the Grand Marshalls of the event and if you would like to volunteer to be a race marshall and see the race the best way and get a free t-shirt, e-mail heelvolunteer@aol.com. If you would like to run in the event please register at Cobalt before the race to sign the waiver and you must have on heels, people with flats can not win
