Go to see and be seen

So far I've only gone to Nine during Friday happy hour, which is probably not the best since it gets crowded and LOUD. Still, the drinks are good (the bartenders know how to make a Pimms cup) and the vibe makes you feel like you're at the center of DC gay life.

Professional crowd

Good drinks, nice bartenders, and a cliental that is professional. Great "First Date" place!

Nice lounge with two floors:

Pulsating music, with videos and some handsome patrons. It seems a good stop before or after going some place else.

Chic, great drinks. Bartenders are personality-free.

Plush indeed...

Very sophisticated atmosphere, grab a coktail and simply lounge with a friend, good times, music could use some toning down, I don't get why several bars have to play music so loud, jeez... there is got to be one gay bar in this town that can at least understand that, ... so my search continues.... :-)
