In newly-renovated Thomas Circle, The Washington Plaza Hotel is near many of DC's must-see spots, including the White House and the Washington Convention Center.

Dated, but Affordable

The place is well located and affordable. Staff is nice and it's you can get places in Dupont or Logan easily (P St too) - Orange/Blue line of Metro is 4 blocks away. ...and it has a pool for the hot summer months.
The interior and rooms are very dated and the doors have minimal security features.
MAL is hosted year yearly
