Topic: "The Practice of Holding Space and Speaking Truth in Troubling Times"
We will come together in sangha and bring mindfulness, wise speech, and presence into practice as we navigate the stresses we carry individually and collectively on many levels at this challenging juncture. We will explore the importance of agreements in how we be together in order to co-create a space for deep listening and authentic expression that deepens our relationship to each other, whether we agree or disagree.
