GAG Procession to Honor Dr ML King on "I Have a Dream" Anniversary

Following the 08/27 National Action Network Rally at NRA HQ in DC (see separate invite), GAG DC and NYC will be gathering between 3-3:30PM at the entrance to the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial to lead a procession of anti-gun violence activists from the MLK Memorial to the Lincoln Memorial commemorating the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” Speech. Our actions honor Dr. King, our pre-eminent non-violent activist--and American hero--tragically brought down by gun violence.
