The multi award-winning event will be co-hosted for the 11th year by Tony Award-winner Joe Mantegna and Emmy Award-winner Gary Sinise, the inspiring night of remembrance is dedicated to our men and women in uniform, their families at home and all those who have given their lives for our country. Joining them will be an all-star line-up of dignitaries, actors and musical artists including: General Colin L. Powell, Renée Fleming, The Beach Boys, Katharine McPhee, Trace Adkins, S. Epatha Merkerson, Esai Morales, Alfie Boe, Trent Harmon Music and Maestro Jack Everly conducting the National Symphony Orchestra.
This American tradition will air live on PBS Sunday, May 29, 2016, from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET, from the West Lawn Of The United States Capitol before a concert audience of hundreds of thousands, millions more at home, as well as to our troops serving around the world on the American Forces Network.
