This workshop will take a long, hard, and judgement-free look at what habits you're living and how to break them up.
Much like Rumplestiltskin, naming your habits and your survival mechanisms will help you keep an eye out for them and more effectively deal with them when they rear their heads. We'll use your 2015 as a jumping off point to explore some of our blindspots as well as self-sabotaging habits that may have held us back from exponential progress this year. Let's break up these patterns and leave the old ways of 2015 behind while we step into our most successful year yet.
