Redeye Menus is excited to host our next sherry pairing event at Bar Pilar on Monday October 12th! We are a huge fan of Chef Jesse Miller's food and he is preparing an epic feast of Asian cuisine. We will feature Alexandro sherry, a brand that Chantal Tseng particularly loves in cocktails as well as by the glass.
Start the evening off at Pilar's downstairs bar with sherry cocktails by Carlie Steiner of Stir Bartending Co, followed by a communal style dinner upstairs with the aforementioned wine. Expect wildly creative food, delicious pairings and unique craft cocktails!
