Art All Night: Nuit Blanche DC is a FREE all-night exploration and celebration of contemporary art, encompassing five of DC’s most vibrant neighborhoods: Dupont Circle, Shaw, North Capitol, Congress Heights, and H Street. The festival is produced by the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities in collaboration with French Thomas Creative, I AM LLC, and the DC Main Streets Program.
