Presented in four suites ― Hi. Yes. Okay. Sorry trio, Silence dueto, Soundtrack trio and Tiny Coffin ― SONATA strips language down to its most basic parts. What happens to a play when the text is not spoken and what happens to character when you give actors freedom from the bonds of text?
It’s acting in the nude.
This production is presented as a part of the 2015 Capital Fringe Festival, a program of the Washington, DC non-profit Capital Fringe, in the Eastman Studio Theatre on the campus of Gallaudet University.
