Mindfulness Meditation Class at the DC Center

Starting Thursday, August 21st, the DC Center and the Campbell Center is offering a six week introductory mindfulness meditation class every Thursday at 5:30-6:30 PM. These classes are free of charge. What is Mindful Meditation? It is a type of meditation that is focused on bringing us into our moment, connecting us to presence and sharing in community. In the beginning of each session, there will be a brief discussion that will allow us to bring awareness to aspects of our life that may feel out of balance. Keep in mind that the class is open to both those who have a meditation practice and those who are looking to start a practice. We look forward to seeing you there! -Bring cushions if necessary.
