Morel's latest remix of Yoko Ono's "Walking On Thin Ice" scored him his 33th number one on Billboard's Club Play chart. As a DJ, Morel is one half of BLOWOFF (alongside partner Bob Mould). The pair’s bi-monthly ‘Blowoff” residency at Washington DC’s legendary 930 Club has become one of the city’s most celebrated club nights earning them equally successful residencies in NYC and San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago and Provincetown. MOREL is also known for his collaborations with Grammy Award winning house music pioneers DEEP DISH (“Stranded,” “Mohammed is Jesus” and “Sacramento”) from their seminal debut ‘Junk Science’ and ‘George Is On’, and for his seismic club hits “True (The Faggot Is You)”, “Cabaret” and “Under A Disco”. Bil Todd is co-founder of LUTHER, and also throws the weekly Sunday party The NeedlExchange. He has been DJing in the DC area since 2009, first blindsiding the District with the monthly event RAW, a left-field-disco & ebm party which ran strong for 3 years. His recent outpouring of reworks and originals under the moniker AnA has seen support from Jackie House, Jason Kendig, Men's Room, Horse Meat Disco and Beats In Space.
