TransLAW Annual Celebration and Fundraiser

Join us for our TransLAW Annual Celebration and Fundraiser!! Celebrating our second year of successfully serving the trans community in metropolitan D.C. All welcome! Tuesday, March 18th, upstairs at Lost Society (2001 14th Street NW). Light hors d’oeuvres and open bar (wine and specialty cocktail) from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Suggested donation at the door: $10 NO ONE will be turned away for lack of funds. Transgender Legal Advocates of Washington (TransLAW) was founded in 2012 by community legal advocates in Washington DC to better serve the legal needs of transgender people in the Metro, Washington DC area, which includes the immediate areas of Maryland and Virginia. TransLAW meets these needs by serving trans clients in a name and gender change clinic run through our partnership with Whitman-Walker Health, by training legal service organizations, and by training legal professionals.
