New this year @ 11am: Frederick Ecumenical Pride Service, just before Pride begins. Many area religious leaders will take part. The guest speaker will be Rev. Frank Schaefer, the former Pennsylvania United Methodist pastor that was defrocked after presiding at the same-sex wedding ceremony of his gay son. This pre-event will take place starting at 11am at Grace UCC, 25 East 2nd Street, just a few blocks from Pride.
