About SHOCKTART: ShockTart is a monthly alternative dance party in Washington D.C. Our goal is to create a one of a kind party that combines indie/underground music/DJs, Performance art, Drag, Burlesque, Cabaret, Live bands and anything else in the pursuit of radical art. ShockTart is a more than just a party, it is a movement, a cult, a crime of passion and a community. We are here to fill a void in DC's art and music scene. We are not here to feed our own egos and put ourselves on a stage. ShockTart is a community event and we want you to be the star!
