Foster Parent & Host Informational Night

FREE Foster & Host Parent Information Night at the DC Center for the LGBT Community! May 7, 2013 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm If you love kids and/or have thought about becoming a host, foster, respite, or foster-to-adopt family, then this event is for you! Come learn about the DC child welfare system, the need for LGBT-friendly host/ foster families for older youth, and some of the many ways that you can make a difference in your community. No commitment necessary! The FREE Foster & Host Parent Information Night will include presentations by LGBT foster parents as well as representatives of Rainbow Families DC and the Latin American Youth Center (LAYC) Child Placement Programs.
